We have recently updated our behaviour policy to include the relational practice training all staff received on our first INSET day in September.
We believe in a strong emphasis on relationships, underpinned by clear and consistent boundaries and logical consequences.
Our policy now reflects these beliefs in a clear and concise way. This is not a new approach, but a refinement of what you and your children already know.
